Warren Matthew Brown was born on August 14, 1941. Bishop Brown is a graduate of Knoxville College with B.S. degree. Bishop Brown also attended the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He was elected 91st bishop of the A.M.E. Zion Church at the 45th General Conference. He was a three-term member of the Boston University Board of Visitors.
